Your Order Cancellation Rights
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Refund
Subscription Refunds:
- Subscription payments are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used.
- Substantial use includes attending live sessions or accessing more than 25% of paid content.
Course Purchases:
- One-time course purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days if less than 25% of the content has been accessed.
- No refunds are issued for completed or substantially consumed courses.

Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method via Stripe
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Completed courses
- Expired subscriptions
- Abuse of refund requests
Only regular priced services may be refunded. Unfortunately, services or subscription on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
